Once students are selected, the participating employer manages the apprenticeship internally through their own leadership and mentorship structure.
The employer handles:
- Student supervision
- Scheduling
- Mentorship
- Training oversight
- Workplace integration
VBF remains a workforce-development liaison and network coordinator to help maintain strong partnerships between employers, schools, and educational institutions. We help you build this apprenticeship program with resources provided by us.
